Upon completion of your loft conversion, once all snagging work is resolved and building control sign-off is secured, your Attico Construction project manager will meet with you to hand over all relevant documentation, including your warranty. This documentation clearly outlines the process and contact details for support in the unlikely event of a fault developing in your loft conversion.

It’s important to note that settlement cracks are a normal occurrence after a build. At Attico Construction, we stand by our commitment to quality and offer a repair service for settlement cracks up to 12 months after your build is complete, free of charge.
